The following modifiers will be applied to procurement rolls on Aldeberan:

Hire any Infantry: -2 to TN (or hire Veteran (-1 to all skills) Infantry at standard TN)
Hire any Dispossessed Mechwarrior: +2 to TN
Hire any Mechwarrior with Mech: +3 to TN
Hire any Vehicle: -1 to TN
Buy a Conversion Kit: -2 to TN
Buy any Dropship: +3 to TN
