Uelsson Dvirk (pictured above with his older brother, Sansen[left]) is the only known captured depiction of this highly reclusive family of the Lyran Commonwealth. Using Restofe Magnetic Amplifiers surrounding their appearances, no electronic media has ever to been able to capture this mysterious group. The original painting is priceless and anonymous. Many other would-be painters have gone missing.
The Dvirk family claims to be of direct linage of the ruling family in 2341. Their impact on the Lyran Commonwealth has not always been well-invited. Their strong economy and their useful production of vast, capable armies coupled with superior Mech Pilots has kept the towering governance from taking action. In the last ten years there has been a growing movement for the Dvirk family worlds to secede from the Lyran Commonwealth. Tensions were high and the brothers were becoming of age. They, with their father, had started taking on a role of independent leaders to their people. The tides had turned dramatically upon the arrival of the Charon Dispatch. Sensing weakness in the "sub-family" and presumably out of favor of the Lyran Commonwealth, the Charon Dispatch attepted to destroy and plunder their most valued targets.
Jumpships nearly appearing against one another, the Lyran Commonwealth, in the end, ended up protecting it's own. Whether the Dvirk's could have held their own or not, we don't know. Danforth Dvirk, father of the two brothers, and leader of the now ficticious "Dvirk Unity" had died in his sleep six days later. Sansen, immediately trying to regain control over the movement his father had started, unfortunately had piloted a defective mech on a training mission that exploded from an ammunition breach during a fall. This seemed nearly impossible to Uelsson, who's brother had classes: "Advanced Running Skid", "Glass-Eye Targeting Aquisition", and "Battlemech Maintenance: Your First Defense" in the Academy.
After this series of unfortunate tradgedies, House Lyran decided to conscript Uelsson Dvirk to it's own school and quash any remaining feelings of rebellion in the outlying world that the Dvirks held. Uelsson's next eight years were hell. Constantly held to a high standard by his superiors, but constantly avoiding danger, ruffians, and even assassination became his life. He had confirmed to himself why he wanted to leave the Commonwealth. An attempt on his life on his 21st birthday has him stating:

. . .and I will find them"After this incident, it was quickly determined by Lyran Offiicials to hide this attempt as best as possible. The clandestine and secluded nature of himself and his family would add to the easiness of hiding who he was and where he was going. The decision was easy. Wilson Fusilier's. The Lance had no promise of ever making headlines and put the youth in terrible danger daily. Perfect! Uelsson will be lost in a blaze of heroic Mech-fire.
Uelsson is of average stature 5''10" 174Lbs, Red hair and Blue eyes.
He has a quiet and calulating temperment.
